Centre for Transformational Leadership

The Centre for Transformational Leadership (CTL) exists to reimagine leadership-not as power, position, or performance-but as formation.

Forming leaders. Transforming work. Renewing society.

We believe that societies are transformed when people are transformed, and that work is one of the most powerful arenas where this transformation must take place.

CTL is an expression of Patris Empowerment Initiative, dedicated to shaping leaders who integrate faith, ethics, vocation, and responsibility across every sphere of life—workplaces, institutions, communities, and public life.

Why CTL Exists

Modern leadership is often reduced to efficiency, influence, and outcomes. Yet across organizations, churches, governments, and businesses, we see a deeper crisis:

CTL exists to respond to this crisis at its root.

We are guided by a simple but demanding conviction:
Work is not just something we do; it is something that forms who we become.

Leadership, therefore, is not merely about what we achieve, but about who we are becoming in the process.

How CTL Fits Within Patris

As an expression of Patris Empowerment Initiative, CTL contributes to a broader vision of national and societal renewal.

While other Patris expressions focus on childhood education, youth development, and public engagement, CTL focuses on adult formation—particularly within workplaces, institutions, and leadership structures where decisions shape lives at scale.

Together, these expressions reflect Patris’ integrated approach to human flourishing across life stages.
